Don Francisco Gutiérrez Franco y don Antonio Gutiérrez de la Huerta, hermanos, cargadores de flota y residentes en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorgan poder general a Pedro de Iriarte, junto con don Juan de la O Martínez, flotistas de la flota a cargo de don Manuel López Pintado, y por la ausencia de ambos al Capitán don Gaspar de Alvarado de la Orden de Santiago, vecino de la Ciudad de México, para que reciban y cobren de cualquier persona, todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, joyas, mercancías y cualquier otra cosa que le deban.
