Doña Teresa de Córdoba y Arellano, viuda, heredera y albacea del Capitán Lorenzo Romero Jurado, mediante el testamento que otorgó su primer esposo, dice que entre los bienes que quedaron hay una esclava mulata blanca llamada Antonia. La otorgante después contrajo matrimonio con Juan Antonio Mosquera y Moscoso y ya estando con éste, de la mencionada esclava nació Ana Margarita, mulatica niña ahora de 4 años, quien por los buenos y leales servicios que le ha dado, por hacerle buena obra y prometido libertarla, otorga que desde ahora para siempre ahorra y liberta del cautiverio a la niña Ana Margarita.
