Don Juan de la Madrid y Moreno, hijo legítimo de don Juan de la Madrid y Moreno y de doña María Noreña y Guerra, natural del lugar de Abanillas, Valle de San Vicente la Barquera, Obispado de Santander, y avecindado en este reino en el pueblo de Tulancingo, otorga su testamento donde declara ser soltero y no tener hijos ni herederos. Nombra como albacea testamentaria a don Francisco Antonio Gómez Cosío, que fue vecino de Tulancingo y hoy de Pátzcuaro, como heredero de la mitad de sus bienes nombra al Licenciado Juan Antonio Gómez Cosío, Cura de Santa Catarina de la ciudad de México, como heredero de la otra mitad de sus bienes nombra al Bachiller Rafael Fernández, vecino de Tulancingo. Declara que sus bienes, deudas activas y pasivas, derechos y acciones lo saben sus albaceas y constan en sus libros y papeles.
