El Lic. Don Juan de Bañuelos [Cabeza de Vaca], presbítero, domiciliario de esta diócesis de la Puebla, como principal deudor, y Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, vecino de dicha ciudad, como su fiador, se obligaron a pagar a la Santa Iglesia Catedral de los Angeles y al mayordomo de la mesa capitular, 650 pesos por razón de los diezmos de la cordillera de Jalapa, del maíz y otras menudencias pertenecientes al año de 1649, en conformidad del recudimiento que se despachó al principal y en quien se hizo el remate, para fin de diciembre del presente año, con las costas de la cobranza.
