El Bachiller Carlos Suárez, Clérigo Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado, vecino de este pueblo, dijo que como consta en la memoria simple que presentó Josefa María de Castro, difunta, mujer que fue de Esteban Mojica, difunto, lo nombro por su albacea en presencia de testigos, hecha en este pueblo el 18 de agosto de 1759, pero debido a las notorias ocupaciones de su ministerio confiere dicho cargo de albacea a su hermano el Señor Doctor Miguel Suárez.
