Gregorio Fernández Mantilla, Sotasíndico del Convento de San Francisco de este pueblo, vende a Miguel de Castro, vecino de este pueblo, una casa y solar con 57 varas de frente y 59 de fondo, al precio de 413 pesos, 13 de contado y los 400 quedan cargados a censo redimible sobre dicha casa. Cuya cantidad es la misma que dono al Convento Isabel López Ruiz Matamoros y Francisca Suero Zavala, a cuyo goce de la casa donde estaban impuestos entro Lorenza Velazquez, \"alías\" Zavala, haciendo cesión de dicha casa al convento por no poder pagar los réditos durante algún tiempo y ahora por medio de la presente vende dicho síndico la citada casa.
