Algunos de sus bienes los tiene a censo para la fundación de la capellanía que instituyó y fundó Mariana de Astudillo. Entre otros bienes tiene dos casas en la Calle Real que de la Plaza Pública va al camino de la Veracruz, tres caballerías de tierras, un molino de pan moler.
