Doña Nicolasa Catarina Cardeña, vecina del pueblo de Jalapa, doncella, mayor de 25 años, propietaria del oficio de Escribano Público de la Jurisdicción de Jalapa y Jalacingo, dijo que usando de las facultades que por leyes le son concedidas, otorga que renuncia a dicho cargo en su hermano don Miguel Eustaquio Cardeña, o en don Francisco Javier Fernández de Ulloa, o en don Luis Ortiz de Zárate, de la misma vecindad, a quienes considera aptos para ejercerlo, y para que cuando fallezca la otorgante, cualquiera de ellos pueda presentarse ante el gobierno a pedir se les despache título en forma.
