El Capitán don Juan Antonio de Zavalza, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, Ministro y Hermano Mayor de la Orden Tercera de Penitencia del padre San Francisco, en voz propia y de los demás integrantes de dicha orden, otorga poder especial al Capitán don Francisco Méndez de Quiñones, vecino de la Ciudad de Puebla, para que prosiga las instancias de los autos en contra de don Francisco de Tabernilla Escajadillo, vecino de España, quien interpuso demanda a la citada orden, por resultar esta última beneficiada con el nombramiento de albaceas y herederos de la difunta doña Antonia Javiera de la Fuente.
