El Capitán Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, vecino de la jurisdicción de Jalapa, hizo gracia y donación a su hijo el Capitán Don Claudio Teodoro de Ceballos, que está próximo a casarse con Doña María Ana Rengel de Espinosa, vecina de Cosamaloapan, jurisdicción de Amatlán, de los trapiches nombrados Nuestra Señora de la Concepción, ubicados en términos de los pueblos de Xilotepec y Chiltoyac, los cuales el otorgante heredó de su hermano Don Alonso Gutiérrez de Ceballos, y fueron patrimonio de sus difuntos padres.
