Como herederos universales nombra a sus legítimos hijos María Jacinta, esposa de Matías Domínguez, Antonia, doncella de 19 años, Gregorio de 18, José Martín de 17, José Eustaquio de 15, José Mariano de 13, Mariana de 8 y Estefanía Acosta de 6, sus hijos legítimos.
