Pascual de Castro, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende al Capitán Juan de Malpica, dueño de recua, vecino de esta provincia, una esclava mulata nombrada María de Guadalupe de 36 años de edad, que a su vez compró a Magdalena Josefa de la Higuera el 10 de mayo de 1713. La venta se hace libre de empeño, enajenación e hipoteca, sin asegurarla de ninguna tacha, defecto ni enfermedad pública ni secreta, en 200 pesos de oro común que se da por entregado.
