Don Luis García Teruel, de quien dan conocimiento el Licenciado don Manuel Núñez Guerrero y don Faustino Urquía, vecino que dijo ser de la hacienda Lucas Martín, otorga poder especial a don José Manuel de Zulueta, de esta vecindad, para que en nombre y en representación de su persona, derechos y acciones, demande contra don Pascual Rincón, cantidad de pesos en que ha salido éste descubierto en el tiempo que giró la tienda de Sedeño, perteneciente al otorgante. Para lo antes mencionado, formalice la demanda contra Rincón por el desfalco de los intereses de dicha tienda, realizando las acciones civiles, criminales, judiciales y demás que se requieran.
