Don Lorenzo Victoria, natural de la Ciudad de Corella en el Reino de Navarra y residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, estando próximo a hacer viaje a los Reinos de Castilla en la fragata de S.M. Santa Lucía, otorga testamento de la siguiente manera: declara ser soltero y no tener descendencia, nombra como albaceas testamentarios y depositarios de todos sus bienes en este reino a su compañero don Leonardo de Noguera, en la navegación de la dicha fragata a don Tomás García y en los reinos de Castilla a don Gaspar Aguado y a don José Ignacio de Guruzeta; nombra como heredero de dos tercias de su caudal a su padre y de la tercia sobrante a don Ramón de Victoria, su hermano.
