Doña María del Rosario Cabañas, viuda y albacea de su difunto marido don Cristóbal Martínez, ha recibido de don Pedro Báez, de esta vecindad, la cantidad de 400 pesos pertenecientes a la tutela de las menores hijas de la otorgante, con anuencia del curador de las menores don Cristóbal Montes de Oca, su yerno, cuya cantidad es la misma que tenía a causa de réditos don Pedro Báez y que por la presente redime y se le otorga cancelación a su favor. La otorgante sitúa y carga dicha cantidad sobre una casa ubicada en la Calle de la Amargura de esta Villa.
