Don Francisco Javier López vecino de esta Villa de Xalapa, usando del poder que le confirió José María y José Manuel Meza, otorga que vende a don Miguel Antonio Viveros, maestro campanero de esta vecindad, un pedazo de solar de 14 varas de frente, con unas paredes sin techo, el cual linda por dicho frente que lo hace al oriente con el solar de la carnicería, calle en medio; al norte con solar de la casa del comprador; al poniente con solar que fue del Capitán Antonio Ribot; y al sur con solar que fue de Casimira Rangel. Lo vende por precio de 70 pesos 4 reales.
