El Doctor Agustín Sánchez de Ledezma, Cura propio de la Doctrina de Jalapa, dijo que el Bachiller Pedro Perdomo, Presbítero Domiciliario de este Obispado le otorgó poder para administrar una casa que fue de doña Aldonza Clara de Vargas, de quien es albacea y le dejó la casa para sí con sólo la pensión y censo de 22 pesos, en tal virtud otorga en arrendamiento al Capitán Juan de Malpica, de la misma vecindad, la mencionada casa con todo lo que le pertenece, por tiempo de 9 años en 60 pesos de oro común en cada uno.
