Don Sebastián de la Higuera Matamoros, residente en su ingenio nombrado Nuesta Señora de la Concepción, hijo y albacea del Capitán Don Francisco Hernández de la Higuera; y el Lic. Don Bernabé de la Higuera y Amarilla, presbítero, Comisario del Santo Oficio de la Inquisición, heredero y albacea de Doña María González de Amarilla, su madre, dieron su poder cumplido a Alonso Díaz Gallardo, vecino de la ciudad de Los Ángeles, para que en sus nombres parezca ante las justicias de la ciudad de Tepeaca y saque una escritura de censo de un mil pesos de oro común que está impuesto en la hacienda de Tecuitlapa, propiedad de Jácome Vigil, vecino de San Andrés, jurisdicción de Tepeaca, el cual fue traspasado por Francisco López Hidalgo, vecino que fue de Tepeaca, en favor de Doña María González de Amarilla y de Don Andrés Pérez de la Higuera.
