Doña Juana Manuela de Alba, vecina de la Villa de Xalapa, esposa de José Miguel de Iriarte y Lezeta, dijo que a causa del fallecimiento de Cipriano Bonares y su mujer Rosa del Pino, quedó a su cargo el hijo de éstos, nombrado José Rafael Bonares, ahijado de la otorgante, con la obligación de velar por él, de su crianza y educación, por lo que otorga que lo pone de aprendiz del oficio de sastre con el maestro Jacinto Guerra, español, vecino de esta Villa, el cual se encargara de las atenciones básicas del muchacho; tal acuerdo será por tiempo de 9 años, después de los cuales habrá de regresar con su madrina.
