El escribano señala que agrega el testamento otorgado por don José Joaquín Murrieta, a los 27 de enero del presente año, ante el ciudadano Reyes Vega, Regente de la Vara de Primera Nominación en el pueblo de Coatepec, donde fue otorgada dicha disposición que consta de tres fojas del sello tercero, las cuales rúbrica para su agregación, advirtiendo que aunque el oficio con que dicho funcionario remitió el testamento, el día 10 del corriente, el otorgante señala se encontraba ausente desempeñando otros actos, por lo que menciona como sus testigos a los ciudadanos Joaquín Uribarry, Faustino Urquía, y Manuel Gil de esta vecindad.
