Don José Arrieta, de esta vecindad, Sargento Retirado del Regimiento de Infantería Provincial de las tres Villa, de oficio carpintero, mayor de 65 años, otorga su testamento; declara ser de estado soltero, y no tener heredero alguno; manifiesta que sus bienes consisten en una casita de madera, y un pedazo de solar donde se halla situado el juego de Bochas, en un callejón angosto, a las orillas del poblado. Nombra albacea a don Antonio Guzmán y Grant, de esta vecindad, para que venda o empeñe sus bienes, y de lo producido haga los sufragios por su alma hasta donde alcance.
