Doña María Josefa Ribot, natural de esta Villa de Xalapa, hija legítima de los difuntos don Antonio Ribot y doña Lorenza de los Santos, otorga su testamento donde declara por bienes una casa de edificio bajo, situada en la Calle del Ganado, la cual reconoce algunas cantidades; nombra albacea a don Pedro Pérez de Llera, de este comercio y vecindad, a quien le otorga facultad para que entre en sus bienes, los venda y remate, y del remanente líquido que quedase, instituye como heredero universal al citado albacea.
