Los comerciantes y residentes en este pueblo de Jalapa, otorgan poder especial a don Fernando Mesqui, para que en sus nombres se presente en el Real Tribunal del Consulado de la Ciudad de México, en la Junta General de Acreedores, y confiera la espera que tienen concedida a don Gregorio Chasco, que aunque no fue firmada por todos, la dan la por concedida, para que dicho Mesqui entregue instrumentos, escrituras que sean convenientes.
