Fray Francisco Felguera, hermano mayor del hospital de convalecientes de Jalapa, dio en arrendamiento a Juan de Cabrera, vecino de Jalapa, maestro de carpintería, unas casas de morada cubiertas de paja, en este pueblo, linde con casas de Rodrigo Hernández, y por la parte de abajo, con casas de Beatriz de Campos, las cuales son bienes propios del hospital, por tiempo de dos años y al precio de 28 pesos de oro común anuales que habrá de aplicar en en el reparo de dichas casas.
