Don Pedro Martín del Puerto, de esta vecindad, como uno de los herederos del finado don Pedro del Puerto Vicario, vecino y del comercio que fue de la Nueva Veracruz, otorga poder especial a favor de don Francisco Antonio de la Sierra, también vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, para que a nombre de él, concurra judicial y extrajudicialmente al juicio de inventarios que se forme a bienes del mencionado su tío, y con su audiencia y examen pida la aprobación de ello; haciendo lo mismo en razón a las cuestas de albaceazgo y partición de los bienes, hasta percibir lo que justamente le corresponde.
