Don Francisco Cia, de este comercio y vecindad, dijo que don Blas Martínez suscitó en el juzgado del Alcalde de Segunda Elección una instancia contra don Diego Antonio Llanos de Vergara, por cierta cantidad de pesos, y teniendo noticia de que en poder de don Matías Martínez de Espinosa existen 618 pesos de Llanos de Vergara; el demandante pidió se le entregue dicha cantidad a cuenta de su adeudo, previa fianza del compareciente, a lo que accedió el señor Juez, quien mandó entregar a don Blas dicha suma, por lo que el otorgante se constituye en fiador del mencionado Blas Martínez, quien tendrá en disposición dicha cantidad por si se le solicita la devolución.
