EL Capitán Don Nicolás Flores Altamirano, dueño de este ingenio, como uno de los obligados a la cobranza de las reales alcabalas en esta provincia, junto con los capitanes Don Antonio de Orduña Loyando, Don Francisco de la Higuera Matamoros, y Don José de Ceballos y Burgos, difunto, por tiempo de 4 años que comenzaron a correr el 6 de diciembre de 1670, por sí y en nombre de los demás sus consortes, dio su poder cumplido a Antonio Grajales Vela, vecino de Jalapa, para que en sus nombres use de las facultades de la dicha comisión, y a su riesgo, lo aprobó y ratificó.
