Juan López Ruiz Matamoros, vecino de esta provincia, poseedor de la mitad del ingenio de Maxtlatlan, se obligó a pagar a Francisco Martín Matamoros, que tendrá 17 años, o a quien su poder hubiere, 400 pesos de oro común que por legado de Francisco Martín Matamoros en su testamento le dejó en la parte que tenía en el dicho ingenio y él, como comprador de la referida mitad se obligó a pagar a diferentes personas que tuvieran derecho a ella. Los cuales pesos dará, cada y cuando le fueren demandados, y en el ínterin que eso llega, se obligó el otorgante a partir de hoy día de la fecha pagarle en cada año, 20 pesos de réditos, a razón de 5 por ciento conforme a la última premática de Su Majestad.
