Antonio Maniller, de este comercio, otorga poder especial a Juan Nepomuceno Urquía, residente en Tehuacán de las Granadas, para que siguiendo el grado de apelación que ha interpuesto con legalidad de la declaratoria del camino de efectos mercantiles, dada en su contra en fines de julio anterior por el juez de Hacienda y de Primera Instancia de esta villa, comparezca ante el Superior de Circuito y demás que con derecho pueda y deba, para que rescindiendo tal sentencia vuelvan a su poder íntegros dichos efectos decomisados. A cuyo efecto haga todos los autos, agencias y diligencias que convengan y las mismas que el otorgante haría.
