Don Alonso Nicolás de Castro, residente en el pueblo de Jalapa, se obliga a que don Luis de Ruz y Sotomayor, vecino de la Ciudad de Sevilla con esta residencia, se embarcará para restituirse a dicha ciudad en las primeras naos de bandera que lleguen al puerto de Veracruz al tiempo de su tornaviaje, en caso de que los señores de la Real Sala del Crimen no le concedan la prórroga de tiempo que pretende, en virtud de la licencia que tiene de su mujer sin limitación de tiempo en este reino, para cuyo efecto lo presentará ante la Real Justicia de esta jurisdicción.
