Don Manuel Allen y doña Ana Allen, mujer legítima de don José Antonio Ortiz, declaran que por muerte de don Nicolás Ángel Allen, su padre, heredaron una casa baja de piedra y madera, situada en esta Villa, la cual mide 51 varas de frente y 31 y media de fondo, ubicada en la Calle del Ganado, por donde linda al poniente, al oriente linda con el Callejón de la Sierpe, al norte con casa y solar del convento de San Francisco y al sur con casa de la Cofradía del Señor de la Santa Veracruz, la cual ceden, traspasan y adjudican al citado don Manuel Allen en la cantidad de 1 000 pesos.\t
