Don Andrés Rodríguez Rojo otorga codicilo de su testamento de 25 de noviembre de 1796, para modificar el nombramiento de albacea, quien pone en primer lugar a su hijo, don Miguel Rodríguez Rojo, y por falta de éste, en segundo a doña María Montero; encargando a éstos se entregue al presbítero don Francisco [Mateo] Florido, de la parte del quinto de sus bienes, la cantidad que pida para el cumplimiento del comunicado reservado que le ha hecho a beneficio de su mitra y descargo de su conciencia, y lo restante se invierta en el testamento.
