Don Pedro Domínguez Ballesteros, vecino de Jalapa, dijo tiene otorgado testamento en donde nombra albaceas a su hijo don Blas Domínguez Ballesteros y por herederos al susodicho y a sus hijos don Tomás, don Manuel y doña Antonia, ahora por vía de codicilo declara que su caudal sólo se componía de una casa destituida y arruinada la que vendió a su hija para solventar sus deudas, pero gracias a la honradez de sus hijos, hicieron compañía y adquirieron una tienda mestiza con la cual han conseguido mantenerse y mantener al otorgante y a su esposa, reedificando la mencionada casa y fabricando pozo de agua.
