El Doctor Manuel de Herrasti y Alba, Presbítero Domiciliario del Obispado de la Puebla, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, otorga poder especial a don Juan de Dios de Landaburu, vecino de la ciudad de Cádiz, para que en su nombre comparezca ante el Rey y sus reales y supremos consejos de indias, tribunales, universidades y colegios que convengan, donde pida que le hagan gracia y merced o mercedes, en atención a los servicios y méritos que lo acrediten, así como para que pida, demande y cobre a cualquier persona, de manera judicial o extrajudicial, todas las cantidades de pesos, oro, plata y géneros que le deban.
