El Doctor Diego Fernández del Hierro, beneficiado del partido de Tlacolulan, dio su poder cumplido a su sobrino Juan Fernández del Hierro y al Lic. Antonio de Acosta, presbítero, residente en esta provincia de Jalapa, de mancomún y a cualquiera de ellos in solidum, para que en su nombre y como heredero y albacea testamentario que quedó de Pedro Antonio Buco, muerto en la nueva ciudad de Veracruz, parezcan ante las justicias de Su Majestad, presenten el testamento y codicilio, y cobren todos los bienes que hubiere dejado.
