Don José Joaquín Mellado, vecino del pueblo de Tlacolula, marido y apoderado de doña María de Jesús Álvarez de Guzmán, viuda y albacea de don Juan López Meilán, el cual dejó un adeudo con el difunto don Nicolás Fernández de la Calleja, por la cantidad de 500 pesos, por concepto de 150 vacas, con réditos de 5 % anuales, por lo que dicha deuda pasó a manos de María, la cual se obliga a cubrirla, luego que el heredero del difunto Nicolás, cumpla los 25 años.
