Don Ventura Rosende, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a María Juliana Ibáñez, viuda de Pedro de Guevara, con anuencia de su cuñado y albacea, don Ignacio de Guevara, vecinos de Jalapa, una casa de cal y canto con su solar que mide 15 varas de frente y 46 varas de fondo, linda al norte con la Calle Real que sale de este pueblo para Veracruz y casas de don Antonio Vázquez Ruiz, al sur con tierras de la Cofradía de la Pura y Limpia Concepción, al poniente con tierras de la citada cofradía y casas de Francisco López y al oriente con casa y solar de Pedro López. La venta la hacen en 215 pesos.
