Pablo Sebastián Bañuelos, de color moreno, vecino de la Villa de Xalapa, dijo que habiéndose procesado a Felipe Cuenca, vecino de México, por borrachera y haber insultado a Antonio García, ofreció fianza comentariense, por lo que otorga que recibe en fiado al dicho Felipe Cuenca y como su carcelero comentariense que se constituye y se obliga a devolver su persona a esta cárcel pública donde lo recibe, luego que se le mande por el señor Alcalde, juez de esta causa.
