Don Juan de Quiñones, [como síndico del convento de San Francisco de Jalapa], declaró que, en atención a no haber cancelado la escritura por 2 000 pesos que recibió el 11 de agosto de 1670 [sic], otorga que la cancela. Asimismo, manifestó que dicha cantidad dio a réditos a don José Antonio Santa Anna, sobre su molino de pan moler, el cual hipotecó, como consta en escritura de fecha de 2 de marzo de 1748, ante el presente escribano, la cual se encuentra vigente.
