Miguel Eusebio de Borja y su mujer María Figueroa, vecinos de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorgan que reciben de Marcos de la Trinidad, Mayordomo actual de la Cofradía del Santo Excelentísimo, la cantidad de 100 pesos en reales de contados, en calidad de depósito irregular por 3 años, obligándose a pagar 5 % de réditos anuales por 3 años, y para seguridad de esta deuda hacen hipoteca especial de una casita que esta reedificada en la Calle de San Francisco de Paula, con la que hace frente al norte y casa del Divinísimo, entre las casas de Manuel Perea y Pedro del Moral, por el fondo que es el sur linda su sitio con el solar de Miguel de la Vega.
