Don Felipe Nicolás de Acosta, vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, hace codicilio al poder para testar que otorgó a su esposa doña María Gertrudis Lagunas, junto con sus hijos don José de Acosta y don Antonio García Campomanes, declarando que los 80 pesos que su esposa trajo al matrimonio y que pertenecían a su hijo Norberto Oliva, hijo de su primer matrimonio y a ella misma, fueron empleados por el otorgante para la compra de unas cabezas de ganado, cantidades que manda se le paguen a su esposa y entenado.
