Don Diego Hidalgo de Montemayor, defensor, en nombre de su parte presentó por testigo a Pedro Coatzin, indio natural de este pueblo, del cual se recibió juramento, y siendo preguntado por el tenor de la petición presentada, dijo conocer a Martín Miaguatl y antes del anochecer del día 12 de octubre él y el dicho Martín Miaguatl bebieron mucho pulque, después lo vio irse a su casa muy borracho, y acabado de llegar este testigo a su casa, le comunicaron el suceso.
