Don Luis Antonio Ortiz de Zárate, vecino de este pueblo de Jalapa, otorga que debe y pagará a don José de Ugarte, la cantidad de 1, 300 pesos, mismos que se obligó a pagar por el remate que se celebró de la casa ubicada en la Calle de la Amargura, que quedó por bienes del difunto don Francisco Pérez de Arellano a nombre de don Andrés Rodríguez, de lo que dicho Ugarte como albacea que es de Arellano, le entregó escritura, en la que se dio por entregado de dicha cantidad, pero lo cierto es que no se la pagó, sino que se la debe y se obliga a pagársela en el mes de octubre del presente año, en reales de contado.
