Pedro de Irala, cura beneficiado del partido de Jalapa, en el cual ratifica el testamento que otorgó a fines de diciembre de 1658 en el ingenio La Santísima Trinidad, y declaró, entre otras cosas, que de los 700 pesos que Don Antonio de Orduña le debía, únicamente le alcanzó en 483 el día 5 de mayo de 59, y todo se los pagó, y no le debe nada hasta el día de hoy.
