Don Juan Francisco [de] Noriega, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga que cede y traspasa a favor de don Tomás Rubio Roso, una tienda mestiza de géneros y comestibles, ubicada en la primera cuadra de la Calle de la Amargura, que hace esquina con la Calle Imperial, frente a la de don Juan Antonio de Bárcena, cuyo avalúo ascendió a 5 400 pesos, que le ha de satisfacer en tres pagos, el primero al cumplir los ocho meses contados del 26 de febrero, el segundo a los ochos meses después del primer pago y el tercer pago el 26 de febrero de 1812 y para la seguridad del pago, otorga como fiador a don Manuel Allen.\t
