Don Francisco González, de este comercio y vecindad, otorga que se constituye fiador y principal pagador del Presbítero don Félix Ruiz Ortiz de Zárate, provisto cura del pueblo de Tlacolulan, quien deberá asegurar con fianza abonada, el importe de las Mesadas Eclesiásticas, en el tiempo que dicho presbítero sirva el indicado curato y sean aquellas a su cargo; en tal manera que si aquel no fuere puntual en satisfacerla o parte de ello faltare, lo satisfará el otorgante de su propio peculio como tal su fiador.
