Bartolomé Bustillos, pardo libre vecino del pueblo de Jalapa, dijo que sale por fiador de José Mejía, cargador de la recua del Capitán Juan de Malpica, obligándose a no hurtar ni llevarse a María, viuda de esta vecindad, con quien tuvo ilícita amistad y fue cogido en ella, a cuyo cumplimiento obligó su persona y bienes para que en caso de que esto sucediera quedará sujeto a las penas que por ello fuera condenado.
