Don José Diego, gobernador del pueblo de Xicochimalco; sus alcaldes Diego Martín y Lorenzo Martín; regidores Martín Nicolás y Juan ; y Juan Mateo alguacil mayor, y Juan Miguel escribano, dijeron que por causas que se ofrecieron, el maestro de su escuela canceló la escritura celebrada; y ahora se concertaron con Don Cristóbal Martín, vecino de Jalapa, para que asista como maestro por tiempo de un año, a partir de hoy día de la fecha, por el precio de 130 pesos de oro común, un huevo el viernes por cada muchacho y muchacha, y al siguiente viernes, unos frijoles y otras legumbres; una fanega de maíz cada mes y un atesqui que le muela las tortillas.
