Juan José de Thormes, vecino y mercader del pueblo de Jalapa, vende a don Manuel de Santibáñez, mercader y vecino de la ciudad de la Puebla, un esclavo negro cafre nombrado Juan Blanco de 25 años de edad, que hubo de don Manuel Correa Tamariz, vecino de la Ciudad de México el 3 de febrero de 1721, en cuya virtud se lo vende como tal esclavo, cautivo, sujeto a servidumbre, libre de empeño, hipoteca y enajenación, sin asegurarlo de vicio, tacha, defecto ni enfermedad pública ni secreta, en 300 pesos de oro común que por él le ha dado.
