Doña María Josefa Ladrón de Guevara, dijo que por cuanto el 5 de marzo de 1801 vendió a don Pedro del Puerto Vicario, vecino y del comercio de la Nueva Veracruz, una casa ubicada en la Calle del Beaterio en cantidad de 2,500 pesos, de los que sólo exhibió 500 pesos y los 2,000 restantes se obligó a reconocerlos sobre la misma casa a censo redimible, y en virtud que ha exhibido los dichos 2,000 pesos restantes y su premio, por la presente cancela dicha obligación.
